In India, vegetarian food is an essential part of the culinary culture. A large portion of the population follows a vegetarian diet, resulting in the Indian cuisine boasting a vast array of vegetarian dishes.

From the start of the project, it was clear that there was a lot of positive energy going into Paulami Joshi's work approach. We applied that same energy and vibrance into our slice of the project. Thank you, Paulami, for sharing your stories, beautiful fabrics, culture, and of course, the recipes. We are happy that this book is receiving the attention and love it deserves.
