In India, vegetarian food is an essential part of the culinary culture. A large portion of the population follows a vegetarian diet, resulting in the Indian cuisine boasting a vast array of vegetarian dishes.

From the start of the project, it was clear that there was a lot of positive energy going into Paulami Joshi's work approach. We applied that same energy and vibrance into our slice of the project.
